The Company keeps the customers’ personal information accurate and up-to-date, and to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, corruption, falsification, leakage, etc., we maintain the security system and administrative structure efficient, take necessary initiatives including employee training, and implement safety measures for the highly assured protection for personal information.
Utilization Purpose of Personal Information
The Company exploits the customers’ personal information only for such purposes as communication and announcements from the Company and response to a questionnaire via e-mail or postal mail.
Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company adequately administrates the customers’ personal information. We will not disclose such information to any third party, except in the following cases:

●Where in order to offer the services requested by the customer, we need to disclose his or her personal information to another party we entrust; and

Referral by the Principal
In case a customer wishes to access, modify or delete one’s personal information that is under our management, we will respond to such requests accordingly by confirming the identification of such customer.
Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Standards, and Incidental Revisions
The Company complies with the Japanese laws, regulations and other applicable standards pertaining to the protection of personal information and revises the Policy as needed from time to time to enhance its compliance.
